Wilcox; guides and programs, including an official guide; invitations and passes, including an invitation sent to the Governor's Foot Guard; out of state newspapers discussing the Connecticut building, including one written in German; and the Connecticut badge created for the event. Wilcox was one of the commissioners and also a member of the Foot Guard.
